The standing hip thrust lever machine from the Pro Tech Series works the gluteus maximus from a semi-upright position that creates a different movement pattern than the conventional hip thrust. The back rests on the bench and the feet remain on the floor, allowing for a more vertical hip extension and glute activation in a specific range that complements the work of the lying hip thrust.
Unlike the conventional bench hip thrust, this machine places the user in a semi-upright position with the back supported on the compact bench and feet on the floor. This working angle changes the load vector on the hip and activates the gluteus maximus in a different range of motion, allowing you to complement glute training with an additional stimulus that the lying hip thrust does not cover. The chrome loading bar applies resistance directly to the hip for precise and controlled work.
The adjustable hip rollers adapt the contact point to the height and morphology of each user, ensuring correct hip alignment with the movement axis in every set.
