SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING COSTS
For Spain Mainland, shipping is free for orders over €99.99. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of €4.99 will apply. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are calculated by weight brackets of the order and will be shown automatically during checkout.
For Portugal, shipping is free for orders over €99.99. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of €5.99 will apply.
For other European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, and Poland), shipping is free for orders over €299.99. Below this amount, a cost of €29.99 (129.99 zł for Poland) will apply.
Shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla have additional surcharges due to their special logistical conditions. For these destinations, the shipping cost will be calculated by estimate and we will contact the customer before processing the order.
Occasionally, products related to rubber flooring and tatami mats may incur an additional preparation cost that will be shown once the product is added to the cart.

DELIVERY TIME

SHIPPING TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL PENINSULA
The usual delivery time is 48 hours. However, due to the size and weight of some products, it may be extended up to a maximum of 15 business days. Circumstances beyond Fitness Tech's control may affect delivery times.

Delivery is made within a 2-5 business day period after order confirmation. However, due to the size of some items and workload, the period may be extended up to a maximum of 20 business days. In any case, circumstances beyond Fitness Tech's control may delay delivery.

24H DELIVERY SERVICE
The latest time to opt for 24H delivery is 14:00, after this time, and depending on the location, it may not be possible to deliver within 24 hours and it will be delivered within 48 business hours.
ORDER DELIVERY METHOD
All shipments over 30kg are delivered to the street level. The delivery person is not obliged to carry the package up to the customer's home if it weighs more than 30kg. If home delivery is necessary, we offer a service that can be contracted on our website, under the Technical Service > Assembly section.
AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, due to hard-to-control causes such as human errors or issues in IT systems, it is possible that Fitness Tech cannot supply the customer with some of the purchased products. In such cases, we will contact the customer before shipping.
Fitness Tech will not be responsible for delivery errors when the delivery address entered by the customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
Fitness Tech guarantees the possibility to cancel an order at any time free of charge, provided the cancellation is communicated before the order has been handed over to the carrier.
RETURNS
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, provided the product retains its original packaging, unopened and unused. The customer must notify Fitness Tech of their intention to exercise this right within the stipulated period and by any legally accepted means.
Excluded from this right are floor products such as tatamis and tiles, which cannot be returned once delivered if the order complies with what was agreed. Returns of cables, pulleys, or spare parts will also not be accepted when the error in selection is not attributable to Fitness Tech and the product functions correctly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The returned order must include the delivery note and, if applicable, the corresponding invoice.
If the customer refuses delivery, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Any damages detected by the technicians may also be deducted.
If the product is not in its original packaging, with all its components and in good condition, a proportional discount may be applied to the refund based on the damage caused.
If Fitness Tech delivers a product different from the one ordered by mistake, it will be collected and the correct product will be delivered at no additional cost to the customer.

ASSEMBLY
If any machine (Smith machine, lever machines, cardio, selectorized, etc.) is assembled by the customer and not by an authorized Fitness Tech professional, the company will not assume any responsibility for any incidents resulting from such assembly. In case of defect or fault, if the assembly was not performed by our team, the return cannot be processed.
We strongly recommend that installation be carried out exclusively by our specialized technicians. You can book this service in the Technical Service > Assembly section of our website.
REFUNDS
Once the return is approved and the product is received in our warehouse, a quality control check will be performed on the item. After passing this check, the refund will be processed within 7 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

INCIDENTS
Incidents must be reported within a 14-day period from receipt of the order. Once opened, the requested information must be provided to the technical team within a 7-day period. After this period, the incident will be closed and cannot be reopened for the same reason.
