Unlike barbell squats, where the weight rests on the back, the Belt Squat applies resistance directly to the hips through the belt, completely eliminating axial load on the spine. Built on a Q235 steel tube frame measuring 50 × 80 × 2.5 mm with a corrosion-resistant galvanized coating, it offers stability and durability even under intensive use.
