The inclined chest press lever machine from the Pro Tech Series works the upper pectoral, anterior deltoids, and triceps from an inclined plane that maximizes activation of the clavicular portion of the pectoral. Its isolateral design, combined with two grip positions and an assisted load entry system, makes it a precise and safe tool for high-intensity training.
The isolateral design allows each side to work independently, correcting strength imbalances between both halves of the body and allowing asymmetric loads when the program requires it. Additionally, the machine includes two grip positions at different heights that allow modifying the pushing angle and directing the stimulus to different areas of the upper pectoral without changing machines or interrupting the session.
The carbon fiber seat with pneumatic adjustment in 13 positions allows precise height adjustment between sets, ensuring optimal shoulder alignment with the movement axis regardless of the user's height. The foot-operated assistance lever raises the load to the starting position without straining the shoulders from below — a system especially relevant when working with heavy loads, eliminating risk during the loading phase and allowing each set to start from the correct position.
