Incline Bench Press and Lever Lat Pulldown: two exercises, one footprint

The Fitness Tech Pro Series dual-lever Incline Bench Press and Lever Lat Pulldown machine combines chest pushing and back pulling in a single piece of equipment, both with plate-loaded resistance and a guided range of motion. It trains the upper chest, anterior deltoids, triceps, and latissimus dorsi, combining the feel of free weights with the control of a machine.

It is designed for clubs, sports centers, and boutique gyms with limited space, where every meter matters and it is useful to train the chest and back without duplicating machines. It is used from both sides: one side provides the incline press, supported by a backrest with a padded headrest, while the other provides the lat pulldown, with a padded roller that secures the legs. The seat raises or lowers with a hydraulic gas spring and lever.

The base is made from 50 × 100 × 3 mm Q235 steel oval tubing, protected by two layers of powder coating that preserve the finish despite constant contact with plates and footwear.

Converging when pushing, diverging when pulling

Each lever arm works independently, so the weaker side cannot rely on the stronger side, making differences between them noticeable and correctable. The converging and diverging movement paths follow the natural trajectory of the chest and back, providing a more complete contraction at the end of each repetition.

Seat height adjusted to each user in seconds

The assisted adjustment positions the seat without getting up, which is particularly useful when people of different heights use the machine throughout the day. Resistance is loaded with Olympic plates on both sleeves, while the four frame-mounted storage posts hold unused plates, keeping the workout area organized.
