The design of this machine enables hip abduction and adduction without changing equipment. The side pads are repositioned to alternate between the two movement patterns, maintaining a stable position and controlled trajectory in both cases, isolating the work on the target muscles. The load is independent per side — 100 kg per arm — allowing for asymmetric loading when the training program requires it.

Starting Angle Adjustment to Adapt the Range of Motion

The central pivot with a toothed disc allows modification of the initial opening angle of the pads before each set. This makes it possible to adjust the range of motion based on the user's morphology, available hip mobility, or training goal — for both abduction and adduction — without the need for tools or interruptions between sets.
