Made of No. 45 steel with a 120 cm length and 50 mm diameter, its angled shape reduces tension on the wrists and forearms compared with a straight bar, allowing for more comfortable and effective lifting.

The ergonomic Z-shaped design positions the hands at a more natural angle during curls, reducing the forced wrist rotation that occurs with straight bars and allowing you to train with greater comfort and safety during high-intensity sets. It features 2 bearings (1 per side) and 2 bronze bushings, a hybrid system that combines the smooth rotation of bearings with the stability of bushings, ideal for the controlled movement required during biceps and triceps training.
